Gift certificates are redeemable for both online & phone orders and can be used on any or multiple products, shipping, and tax. Any unused amount will be automatically recorded by our system for later use. Gift certificates are redeemable for 2 years. Multiple gift certificates can be combined to pay for a single order.

When you purchase a gift certificate, you may choose to have us either send the certificate to the recipient by email, or send a printed copy to the recipient by mail with our catalog. Or you can choose to email or print and mail the certificate yourself. You will also be emailed a copy of the certificate and the information needed to redeem it. There is no shipping charge for purchases of Gift Certificates, at the online checkout select the $0 gift certificate shipping option.

NOTE: You may receive the important certificate data with any email program, but HTML formatted email is required to properly view or print the certificate. (HTML formatted emails look like website pages and generally include images. If you already receive emails like this you probably have HTML formatted email, although some older and business systems may not.) If you are unable to properly view and print or email the certificate you may contact our customer service department and request that we print and mail it to the recipient.
