Canine Auto - Ordering & Shipping Info

ONLINE ORDERING:

To order a product click the yellow and black "ADD TO ORDER" button on any product page. Then enter any requested information such as size or color choice. If you would like to look at more products or add another product to your order click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" or "PRODUCTS" button. You may check your order at any time, and change item quantity or delete items by clicking the "VIEW ORDER" button. When you are ready to place your order, click the "VIEW ORDER" button to confirm your order contents, and then the "CHECKOUT" button. The order form becomes 100% secure at checkout, before you are asked for any shipping or payment information.

You will receive a message when your order is complete - this can take a minute or so to verify credit card information. You will also be sent an automatic e-mail confirmation immediately after placing your order. For shipping info see below.

CREDIT CARDS:

C.A.R.E. offers secure online ordering with credit card processing through Authorize.Net. Your order form becomes 100% secure at "checkout".

Charges on your credit card statement will be from Diversified Engineering our e-commerce service provider. It usually takes 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your card statement.. With rare exceptions orders are shipped out within 2 business days after we charge your card. Shipping time will vary by order and location - see below.

CHECK & MONEY ORDERS:

If you prefer to mail us a check or money order, please fill out our online order form and select "check" for payment option, then print final invoice and send with payment (payable to C.A.R.E.) to the address below, or just write to us if you prefer.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are only $5.45 on any order up to $100, and $8.75 on orders over $100 - regardless of weight! (residential or commercial continental US only - AK, HI, US Military Bases & PO Boxes may be somewhat higher based on weight - we may contact you within 3 business days to confirm additional shipping charges (smaller products may be sent with no additional charges).

Domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation depending on the shipping address and the weight of the order. Most orders are delivered in about 1-2 weeks, some may take longer depending on the shipping method and the volume of orders that we receive. If you need an item sent quickly, please call 303-280-3087 or e-mail for expedited shipping options.(Calls are usually answered or returned the same business day, e-mails are usually answered within one business day, but may take longer.)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent company changes and currently limited inventory, many items are out of stock and back-ordered for 2-4 weeks. The expedited shipping options below may not be available during this time. To help ensure faster delivery, you may order Champion Canine Designs product directly from the manufacture at www.champk-9.com (this includes all Canine Seat Belt Systems, accessories including all collars and leads, and the Champion canine Life Vest). If you do want to change or cancel your order with Canine Auto please allow up to 5 business days for customer service inquiries.

Some items such as custom fit seat covers are shipped directly from the manufacture and may take several weeks. As we do not know exactly when these orders will ship, we will charge your credit card at the time when we place the custom order with the manufacture.

Due to high demand and limited production, some items may be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. If an item is back-ordered you will receive a notice within 3 business days stating the approximate date when we expect the product to be back in stock. As we must wait for manufactures to send us shipments, back-order dates are only an estimate and not a guarantee that we will receive the merchandise that day. We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order. In most cases we will not split orders into separate shipments in the event of a back-order. International Orders Welcome!

US Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard is available from only $9.95 for delivery on most orders to Canada, Mexico, and most countries in South America and Europe, with other regions slightly higher. If you would like to place an international order just select the standard USA shipping option. We will then contact you by e-mail and inform you of the shipping cost for your approval.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with a C.A.R.E. product, you may send it back to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund your entire purchase price or exchange for another product at your request. (This offer applies to custom-made seat covers only in the event of an error or manufacture's defect.) Send returns to the address below. If you would like to exchange for another product, color or size etc.,just write us a note explaining this. Please return products clean and undamaged in original packaging. Returns received much later then 30 days from delivery date or in especially poor condition (very dirty, missing parts, damaged etc.) may be charged a reasonable re-stocking fee or in some cases not accepted. Product exchanges and credit card or check refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receipt.

We believe our products are of excellent quality and provide excellent value. We stand behind the products we sell and back this up with a warranty that is rare for the pet supply industry. Within 3 years of date of purchase, C.A.R.E.will repair or replace with same or equivalent product if a product breaks or ceases to function properly due to manufacture's defect or normal wear and usage.
